Founder's Story
HEINICKE was founded by Mr. HEINICKE in Germany, as the Germany family company, Mr. HEINICKE passed his company to his descendants after his death. Mr. WICKERMANN is his grandson of the founder, Mr. HEINICKE, who inherited the pioneering spirit of Mr. HEINICKE. He moved to China and was deeply moved by the fighting spirit of Chinese people, so he decided to establish Chinese company and carry on the family spirit.
2010
In 2010, German Heineken Maschinen - & Metallbau GmbH invested and established HAITCH Co., Ltd. in China. Mr. Wickermann, as an expert in the wind power generation industry from Germany, strongly contributed to the business of delivering German equipments know-how to China and realizing localization.
2012
Since 2012, the Chinese company was officially owned by Mr. Wickermann. In the same year, it not only established a Chinese technical team to achieve localization of services and expand its business scope, it also represented a number of hydraulic products and provided solutions for hydraulic systems in the wind power field.
2013
In 2013, the first domestically made offshore blade drilling machine was installed, debugged and put into use, and officially named as High-precision Drilling and Milling Machine (DMM).
2015
In 2015, the company obtained ISO9001 certificate and began to develop the first generation of overhead root slicer in the same year.
2016
In 2016, the first domestically made HRS was debugged and exported to Turkey, delivered and used, which was highly praised.
2017
In 2017, a wholly-owned subsidiary, HAITCH INTELIGENT TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD was established. In the same year,12 DMM2.8 onshore drilling machines were delivered and started to develop the second generation of offshore drilling machine DMM4.5.
2018
In 2018, the company moved to new production base and complete the strategy lay out of parent company in charge of overseas market and import and export business and subsidiary company as the production and development base. In the same year, the second generation of HRS was exported to West Asia countries and delivered for use.
2019
In 2019, the company obtained the registered trademark, the world's first DMM4.5 AMC drilling machine was delivered for use in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province.
2020
In 2020, the 5th generation drilling machine was developed. In the same year, the first machine DMM4.5 was exported to Brazil and delivered for use, with maximum processing diameter. Arm designed for processing diameter 5000mm was completed, to prepare for the subsequent processing of blade with pitch diameter of 4800-5200mm in advance. So far in the same year, the total number of all kinds of machines delivered in the world has reached more than 150 sets.
2021
In 2021, the world's first 5th generation High-precision drilling and milling machine DMM4.5+AMC was delivered for use. In Apr. 2021, the research and development of NCR blade repair machine was started and the assembly and debugging of prototype were completed in December 2021, realizing the leap from manual to automatic split-layer grinding of blade surface. In the same year, the research and development of HRS single side type joint processing machine, which was officially put into production in December, and the first machine will be delivered to customers for use on February 25, 2022. By 2021, the company has obtained totally 15 various patents and 3 substantive review stage patents.
